About the role
Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, and providing support to injured employees.
Responsibilities
- Review and process workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate with employers, insurance companies, and injured employees to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to workers' compensation.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies and internal audits.
- Provide guidance and support to injured employees to facilitate their return to work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
