About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all claims are processed efficiently and accurately within the allotted timeframe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
