About the role
Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, and providing support to injured employees.
Responsibilities
- Review and process medical claims for injured workers
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate treatment
- Communicate with employees and their families regarding case status
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or healthcare administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
