Responsibilities

• Review and process medical claims for injured workers
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
• Communicate with clients and employers regarding case status and progress
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
