Medical Case Manager - Workers' Compensation

About the role

Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, providing medical care, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring timely and appropriate treatment for injured employees.

Responsibilities

• Assessing medical conditions and developing treatment plans
• Coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies
• Communicating with injured employees and their families
• Monitoring case progress and reporting to supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in medical case management or similar field
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
