About the role
Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, providing medical care, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring timely and appropriate treatment for injured employees.
Responsibilities
- Assessing medical conditions and developing treatment plans
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Communicating with injured employees and their families
- Monitoring case progress and reporting to supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in medical case management or similar field
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
