Responsibilities
- Manage medical claims for injured workers
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and appropriate treatment
- Communicate with employees and their families regarding their medical condition and treatment plan
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Monitor and update case status in the company’s claims management system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
