Medical Case Manager - Workers' Compensation

About the role

The ideal candidate will manage complex workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve workers' compensation claims from initial submission through final settlement
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for claim approval
• Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the claim process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
