We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: maybe "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We need to include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes "Salary: Competitive & commensurate with experience" – that's vague, not specific numbers, so we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific (commensurate with experience). Benefits: they list many benefits: Free CEUs, License & Certification Reimbursement, Quarterly Bonus Opportunities, plus later benefits package details (medical, dental, vision, HSA etc). So we can include Benefits section with those specifics. Schedule: they mention remote position + local field travel, travel approx 70% of work time. That's schedule info? Might be considered schedule? The rule: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It mentions remote position + local field travel, travel approx 70% of work time. That's about schedule/travel. Could be considered schedule. But we need to decide if it's specific enough. It says "Remote position + local field travel" and later "May spend approximately 70% of their work time traveling...". That's specific enough to include a Schedule section? The heading "Schedule" maybe not ideal; could be "Work Arrangement" but rule says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Schedule heading if we have schedule info. We have remote + travel, so yes. Also "About Us" maybe not needed as heading? Could be "About the role"? The rule says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could have "About the role" heading with the introductory paragraph about role. But the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role as a heading with description. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Education" heading? That's part of benefits? Actually there is an "Education" section describing total rewards. That's part of benefits. We'll incorporate into Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: Intro: "Now Hiring: RN Case Manager – Philadelphia, PA Region" plus remote position + local field travel, salary competitive & commensurate with experience, quarterly bonus opportunities, free CEUs, license & certification reimbursement. Then "We’re looking for an RN with a passion for case management to join our team!" plus bullet list: RN degree required, National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN), Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus. Then "Your Impact:" paragraph. Then Responsibilities (long list). Then Qualifications (long list). Then About Us (mission statement) maybe we can include as "About the company" but not required. Could be omitted as not in list of headings? The rule says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. About Us maybe not needed but could be considered "About the role"? Probably better to include "About the company" as a paragraph without heading? But we need to output only HTML fragment; we can include paragraphs without heading. The rule: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. We could include "About the company" as a paragraph without heading. We need to include Benefits section with specifics: Free CEUs for licenses & certificates, License & Certification Reimbursement, Quarterly Bonus Opportunities, plus the benefits package: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Prescription Drugs, HSA, HRA, and FSA Accounts, Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Tuition Assistance, Paid Parental Leave, Supplemental Health Benefits, Enhanced Mental Health Support, Virtual Physical Therapy, Caregiving Services, Life Assistance Program. Also mention "Training programs that promote continuous learning and career progression while enhancing job performance." "Sustainability programs that give back to the communities..." "Culture of respect, collaboration, entrepreneurial spirit and inclusion." Also "Crawford & Company participates in E-Verify and is an Equal Opportunity Employer." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So remove that line. Also remove "Crawford & Company is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms..." that's legal boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Learn more at www.crawco.com". That's maybe okay to keep? It's not boilerplate but maybe navigation? It's a link; could be considered navigation? Probably safe to keep as part of About Us? But it's a URL; might be considered navigation. Safer to remove. Also remove "Education" heading; we already incorporated. Now schedule: remote position + local field travel, travel approx 70% of work time. We'll put under Schedule heading. Pay: we have "Salary: Competitive & commensurate with experience" and "Quarterly Bonus Opportunities" (but bonus is benefit). Since salary is vague, we should not create Pay section. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, they state "Competitive & commensurate with experience" which is not specific; but it's still stating something. However the rule says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them, and also "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we must not create Pay section because the content is filler. So we omit Pay. Now Benefits: we have specific benefits listed, so we include Benefits heading. Now schedule: we have remote + local field travel, travel approx 70% work time. That's specific enough. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility as li

Qualifications

  • ... each qualification as li

Benefits

  • ... each benefit as li

Schedule

Remote position with local field travel; approximately 70% of work time spent traveling to homes, health care providers, job sites, and various offices as required.

We might also include a short paragraph about "About Us" maybe as a paragraph after Benefits? Not required but could be included as a paragraph without heading. The rule says we can include paragraphs for prose. So we can add a paragraph about the company mission. We need to preserve all substantive information: The "About Us" paragraph includes mission statement: "Why Crawford? Because a claim is more than a number - it’s a person, a child, a friend..." etc. Also "Learn more at www.crawco.com". We might keep the mission but drop the URL. Also the "Education" section about total rewards we already captured in Benefits. We also need to include the bullet points under "We’re looking for an RN...": RN degree required, National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN), Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus. Those could be part of Qualifications or maybe a separate "Requirements" section. But we already have Qualifications section with extensive list; we can incorporate those bullet points there as well, but we must not duplicate. The Qualifications section already includes many items; we can add those as separate li if not already covered. The Qualifications includes: Associate's degree or relevant course work/certification in Nursing is required; BSN Degree is preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years diverse clinical experience and one of the below: Certification as a case manager from the URAC-approved list of certifications (preferred); A registered nurse (RN) license. Must be compliant with state requirements regarding national certifications. General working knowledge of case management practices... etc. Also later: Minimum of 1 National Certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, and COHN) is preferred. If not attained, must plan to take certification exam within proceeding 36 months. National certification must be obtained in order to reach Senior Medical Case Management status. Travel may entail approx 70% of work time. Must maintain a valid driver's license in state of residence. Thus the bullet points about RN degree required, National Certification preferred, Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus are somewhat covered but we can keep them as part of Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info: The "Your Impact:" paragraph: "You’ll provide effective case management services in a cost‑effective manner, delivering medical case management consistent with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines. You’ll support patients/employees receiving benefits under insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management. This is your chance to grow your career, earn great rewards, and enjoy true work‑life balance." We'll include that in About the role paragraph. Now Responsibilities: we need to break into list items. The responsibilities paragraph is a long sentence with many clauses separated by periods. We'll split each sentence into li. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: 1. Reviews case records and reports, collects and analyzes data, evaluates injured worker/disabled individual's medical status, identifies needs and obstacles to medical case resolution and RTW by providing proactive case management services. 2. Render opinions regarding case costs, treatment plan, outcome and problem areas, and makes recommendations to facilitate case management goals to include RTW. 3. Demonstrates ability to meet administrative requirements, including productivity, time management and QA standards, with a minimum of supervisory intervention. 4. May perform job site evaluations/summaries to facilitate case management process. 5. Facilitates timely return to work date by establishing a professional working relationship with the injured worker/disabled individual, physician, and employer. Coordinate RTW with injured worker, employer and physicians. 6. Maintains contact and communicates with claims adjusters to apprise them of case activity, case direction or secure authorization for services. 7. Maintains contact with all parties involved on case, necessary for case management the injured worker/disabled individual. 8. May obtain records from the branch claims office. 9. May review files for claims adjusters and supervisors for appropriate referral for case management services. 10. May meet with employers to review active files. 11. Makes referrals for Peer reviews and IME's by obtaining and delivering medical records and diagnostic films, notifying injured worker/disabled individual and conferring with physicians. 12. Utilizes clinical expertise and medical resources to interpret medical records and test results and provides assessment accordingly. 13. May spend approximately 70% of their work time traveling to homes, health care providers, job sites and various offices as required facilitating RTW and resolution of cases. 14. Meets monthly production requirements and quality assessment (QA) requirements to ensure a quality product. 15. Reviews cases with supervisor monthly to evaluate files and obtain directions. 16. Independently approaches problem solving by appropriate use of research and resources. 19. May perform other related duties as assigned. We need to ensure we didn't miss any. Now Qualifications: break into list items. Sentences: - Associate's degree or relevant course work/certification in Nursing is required; BSN Degree is preferred. - Minimum of
