About the role
We are seeking an experienced Appointment Scheduler for a high-call-volume medical call center environment (100+ calls). Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently in a high-call-volume environment
- Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
- Process referrals and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records system
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working in a medical call center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- EMR experience is required (Epic is preferred)
- High School Diploma is required

Monday – Friday / 8:00AM-5:00PM / 8:30AM-5:30PM
