Medical Call Center Agent
About the role
This position is Onsite. Our office is located at 2750 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 4422.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to medical offices primarily by answering incoming calls.
- Tasks will include scheduling appointments, sending messages to provider’s office, respond to patient inquiries, and process communication within the electronic medical record system to appropriate resource.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills (clear cache, restart, connect to wifi)
- Typing skills 35 - 40 words per minute
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, etc)
- Must reside in Cuyahoga Falls, OH
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of related medical office or medical assistant experience
- 1+ years in heavy/high call volume phone setting in either call center and/or medical facility
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Skills
Strong organizational, detail-oriented communication, and customer service skills to ensure timely support, efficient coordination, and effective resolution of physician inquiries.

Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Schedule
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
