Medical Business Associate - Radiology $2,700 Bonus

Aim of the Role

To serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, helping create a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify all required patient demographics and complete check-in process for radiology exams.
• Greet patients professionally in person and over the phone, responding compassionately and effectively to patient and family needs.
• Sustain a smooth and positive radiology experience by supporting exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• 6 months to 1 year customer service experience
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems
