Medical Billing Specialist for an ABA Therapy company

Your Mission

• Data Management: Enter and update data across various platforms while maintaining strict data integrity and accuracy.
• Claim Submission & Quality Control: Review immediate rejections from the clearinghouse and ensure claims meet all third-party payer requirements before submission.
• Denial Management: Correct, troubleshoot, and resubmit claims denied due to billing errors.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify billing discrepancies and systemic concerns before they impact workflows, and propose efficient solutions.
• Compliance: Stay knowledgeable and current on regulatory guidelines and billing requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.

Tech Checklist

• Reliable computer (preferably less than 3 years old)
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking, auditing, and reporting
• Experience with billing softwares and clearinghouse's
