Responsibilities
- Own the Medical Billing Specialist workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
- Coordinate the workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
- Review the workflow by maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Maintain the workflow by protecting confidential account information.
- Track the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
