Responsibilities
- Oversight of end-to-end billing and revenue cycle processes
- Submission and management of high-volume weekly claims
- Invoice generation and billing submissions
- Claims follow-up, denials, and collections
- Post payments, deposits, and complete reconciliations
- Monitor AR and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support month-end reporting and billing accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare billing / RCM experience
- Strong experience in home care, home health, or LTC billing preferred
- Experience with private pay and insurance billing at scale
- Understanding of claims, AR, collections, and payment posting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume workloads
