Pay

Salary range: $65,000–$75,000 per year. Paid time off: 160 hours annually, available after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and KPI‑driven environments
