Initially, you will receive comprehensive on-site training before transitioning to a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
• Apply adjustments and denials per EOBs/ERAs.
• Reconcile daily deposits.
• Resolve discrepancies in payments.
• Collaborate closely with billing and collections teams.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Ensure precise record-keeping and documentation of all transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical billing or cash posting.
• Solid understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and CPT/ICD codes.
• Proficiency with billing software and electronic payment systems.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
