What You Will Be Doing

• Building and scrubbing claims before submission to prevent rejections.
• Managing denials and writing effective appeals when insurers challenge claims.
• Posting payments accurately and maintaining detailed records.
• Communicating clearly and courteously with patients regarding their bills.
• Following up on outstanding claims via phone and insurance portals until they are resolved.
• Ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to industry standards.

You have hands-on medical billing experience and are comfortable taking ownership of your tasks. You thrive under pressure and are proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
