RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant or LPN to support our Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner in Jamestown, TN, on Wednesdays, 8:30am-4:30pm. Interested in full-time hours? We have the ability to offer more hours if you're interested in traveling to our other locations on other days of the week. Responsibilities
- Assists the Medication Management provider in a variety of tasks including vital signs, gathering information, calling in prescriptions, patient education, electronic health record entry, administering IM injections, and other tasks as assigned.
- Reports directly to the Nurse Manager of the Medication Management department.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant training and certification from an accredited program; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving history.
- Ability to become CPR certified within 90 days of employment.

Schedule
Wednesdays, 8:30am-4:30pm, with potential for additional hours by traveling to other Ridgeview locations on other days.
