Medical Assistant - Urgent Care

Responsibilities
- Prepare the patient for the visit and maintain efficient patient flow
- Assist the provider with treatments and procedures
- Administer medications
- Support clerical functions including scheduling, referrals, authorization and in-basket support with the EMR
Qualifications
- BLS required at time of hire
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prefer healthcare experience
- For MA II Applicants: Six months of MA experience or successful completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program from an accredited school required

Pay
Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $18.33, Maximum Offer $30.24
This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
