About the Role

Coordinates the care of the patient from escorting the patient to the exam room, performing vital signs, preparing the patient for exam and discharge, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care activity.

Schedules surgeries/procedures across multiple departments and facilities, providing timely, efficient, and customer-friendly service. Accurately captures the need for other scheduled services or needs associated with the scheduled case and communicates appropriately.
