Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Medical Assistant staff
- Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency
- Oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Streamline workflows and clinic processes
- Maintain clinic safety, supplies, and regulatory standards
- Serve as point of contact for clinical staff and credentialing needs
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited MA or similar program (LPN, RN, EMT)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
