Medical Assistant (Substance Use Treatment)

What You'll Do:

• Take vitals, collect patient info, and assist with detox protocols
• Perform basic wound care, ADL support, and observe/report patient changes
• Administer non-controlled meds and injections
• Perform point-of-care testing (UDS, pregnancy tests, BGM, venipuncture, nasal swabs)
• Support with patient education, documentation, referrals, and follow-ups
• Keep clinical areas clean and follow infection control policies

What You Need:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant or completion of an accredited MA program
• CPR certification (required)
• Experience with venipuncture and nasal swabs (or willingness to train)
• Behavioral health or detox experience preferred
