Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Service: Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression; room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits; perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Clinic Operations: Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments; keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
• Team Standards: Show up on time and ready to contribute; support teammates during busy shifts; help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient.

Requirements

• Prior clinical experience with 1-2+ years in an outpatient setting required.
• Friendly, polished, professional presence.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to support varying clinic schedules and nearby locations based on business needs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Coachable and eager to grow.

Pay

The expected hourly range for this position is $21-23 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
