Medical Assistant - Remote

About the role

Mosaic Talent Consulting is seeking a Medical Assistant who can demonstrate certification as a Medical Assistant, fluency in Spanish, at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, knowledge of medical terminology and chronic care management processes, a customer service mindset, strong computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.

• Working with real employers to ensure accurate and relevant job descriptions
• Providing resources and support for job seekers to navigate the job search process

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Fluency in Spanish
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
• Knowledge and understanding of chronic care management processes
• A customer service mindset for both internal and external customers
• A strong proficiency in computer software navigation; data entry and data cleansing
• A fundamental knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or similar
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team, displaying good judgment and decision-making skills
• The ability to perform duties as assigned or requested
