Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks including working as a CNA as needed (pay is not affected)
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant or Medication Aide training program
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay
Starting pay is $17.00/hour. Pay is negotiable based on experience and availability of the shift differential.
Schedule
The position is available on a 2nd shift from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM. A $.50 shift differential is available for this shift.
