Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Assist in the examination and treatment of patients by taking and recording vital signs such as blood pressures, temperatures, height, weight, etc. Assist physician and others with simple to moderate clinical/diagnostic procedures such as urine cultures, pregnancy tests, throat cultures, etc. Prepare treatment rooms. Perform a variety of clerical functions to support office functions. Perform related duties to facilitate the efficient utilization of computer-based information.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Medical Assistant diploma, technical certification, or 1+ years of experience performing the critical skills of a medical assistant after on-the-job training, or current enrollment in an accredited Medical Assistant program, or EMT certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Active medical assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, RMA, and CMAC)
- CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical record software (EPIC)
- Experience performing medical back-office tasks including obtaining vital signs, injections/immunizations, phlebotomy, urinalysis, and administering medications
Location & Schedule
123 Summer St, Worcester, MA. Travel to other locations up to three times per month.
Full Time; 38.75 hours per week - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
