Job Description
The MEDICAL ASSISTANT ADMIN,MPS position involves assisting healthcare professionals in administrative tasks related to patient care. The role includes supporting medical staff with documentation, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $28.26 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, and geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Supporting medical staff with documentation and record-keeping
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing
- Handling correspondence and communication with patients and families
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assistant program or equivalent experience
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
