Corewell Health Enhanced Primary Care is a value‑based clinic that utilizes a proactive, team‑based approach to manage patient populations—particularly those at higher risk. Our care model focuses on coordinating services, closing care gaps, and preventing avoidable emergency department visits and hospitalizations. We are a family practice serving patients across the full lifespan, from newborns through end‑of‑life care. Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, offering more than 40 types of primary care and specialty practices, giving staff the chance to explore various interests or specialize. As a Medical Assistant you’ll be a member of our clinical support team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible care and make a real difference in patients’ lives.
