Role: Medical Assistant in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, supporting the care team through clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Assist with patient care, including intake, documentation in EHR, performing phlebotomy, scheduling tests and follow-ups, managing patient communications, and ensuring smooth office operations.Prepare patients, record clinical information, and follow protocols for patient management and safety.Coordinate referrals, monitor tasks and critical orders, and uphold infection control and safety standards.Provide compassionate patient interactions, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with the care team and management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience (2+ years), with preferred certifications from recognized bodies, CPR/BLS certification, and experience with Epic EMR. Strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
