About the role
This position supports the Tanasbourne site. Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the nursing team and primary care provider to perform duties as directed.
- Assist in providing basic patient care to assigned participants through administrative and clinical duties.
- Perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program that includes an externship, or two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, or equivalent education/experience.
- Completion of an approved phlebotomy program or allied health program that includes phlebotomy training, or phlebotomy training completed within 60 days of hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
- 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $23.27 – $35.60 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
