About the role
Full-time position available at a Nephrology Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Complete clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic
- Work alongside the provider to ensure patient care and clinic smoothness
- Room and prepare patients according to clinic specific checklists or procedures
- Measure patient weight, height, oxygen saturation, respiration, temperature, pulse (manual and automatic), blood pressure (manual and automatic), and other patient care as needed
- Complete required patient care documentation including Medical Histories, referral requests, etc.
- Assist with day-to-day operations as required for optimal patient care
Requirements
- Credentialed Medical Assistant:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Credentialed as a Medical Assistant from an approved Munson Healthcare Credentialing Organization
- BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained
- Non-Credentialed Medical Assistant:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- One year (1) relevant experience working in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting in a provider/patient support role
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program approved by Munson healthcare
- BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained

Pay
$Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Sign-On Bonus
$9,000 Sign-On Bonus (Terms and Conditions Apply)
