Job Description

This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates!

Medical Assistant

• Get patients ready to shine – Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!
• Hands-on clinical work – Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.
• Tech-savvy & detail-oriented – Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Team player extraordinaire – Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.
• Patient educator – Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Provide compassionate care: Deliver nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a variety of settings, including acute care, long-term care, home health, and ambulatory care.
• Absess & Document: Perform patient assessments, collect important data, and document the care you provide with precision and attention to detail.
• Administer medications & treatments: Ensure medications and treatments are properly administered and documented, following all necessary protocols.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work alongside a dedicated healthcare team to support patients and ensure they're receiving the best care possible.
• Follow standards: Perform all duties in alignment with the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act to ensure top-notch, safe care for every patient.
