The family medicine clinic at Aurora Family Medicine, located within the Aurora Health Center at 4448 W. Loomis Rd., Suite 100, Greenfield, WI 53220, is a primary care practice that provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. The clinic serves as a first point of contact for preventive care, routine medical needs, chronic disease management, and coordination of specialty care.

Responsibilities
As a Medical Assistant/LPN, you’ll play a vital role in the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.
- Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
- Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
- Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
