Medical Assistant (MA)/LPN: Clear Lake Family Medicine

Position: Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinic LPN
Location: Clear Lake, IA
Schedule: 36 hours per week, Day shift, M-F

Supports the operation

by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Captures and documents vital signs.
• Prepares patients for examinations and treatments.
• Coordinates patient flow, maintaining accurate medical records.
• Ensures a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
• OR Must have successfully completed accredited LPN program.
• LPN License in the state of Iowa.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
