Responsibilities

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.
• Assists with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision.
• Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Performs basic clerical duties, including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing.
• Orders and stocks supply, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.

Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required)
• Work Experience: Customer service experience in medical office (Preferred)
• Additional Information: 2+ years Certified Medical Assistant experience preferred; Bilingual English and Spanish language proficiency preferred

Qualifications

• Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support - Certification (BLS) Required AND one of the following: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required OR Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) Required OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Required OR National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) Required OR Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Required OR Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) Required

Skills

• Bilingual English and Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
• Customer service experience in medical office (preferred)

Pay

Pay Range: $17.66 - $28.25 per hour
