About the role
One Community Health (OCH) is an innovative Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in the scenic Columbia River Gorge. We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a mission to empower individuals through education, prevention, and early intervention.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and processing
- Assist providers with treatments and procedures
- Provide patient instruction and education
- Serve as a communication liaison between patients, medical providers, and licensed nurses
- Perform quality control checks
- Support performance improvement initiatives
- Stock supplies and sterilize equipment
- Manage patient records
- Schedule patients
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience with Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) (preferred)

Pay
- Hourly/Non-Exempt: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and certification
- Bilingual Differential: $0.75 per hour for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
