Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-the-ground connection between our Health Plan partners and the patients they serve.
- Guide meaningful conversations around health management, well-being, medication, and each patient's goals of care.
- Deliver supervised, directed treatment for common medical conditions.
- Stay current through continuing education required by your state of residence and the DocGo training team.
- Uphold clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance expectations.
- Approach every patient with cultural sensitivity and genuine compassion.
- Anchor your practice in a patient-centered philosophy.
Requirements
- Must have one of the following certifications or be eligible for certification within probationary period: MA, CMA, CCMA, or RMA.
- (Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, or Registered Medical Assistant).
- Valid Driver's License in state of residency with 2+ years of driving experience, and an acceptable driving record
- Must have minimum 2 years of recent in-person experience as a MA, CMA, CCMA, or RMA in an Urgent Care, Primary Care, or related setting
- Phlebotomy experience
- Active and current American Heart Association BLS
- Fluent bilingual English/Spanish, preferred

Pay Rate: $24 - $28 per hour
Schedule
Shifts: 4, 10-hour shifts per week *schedules are subject to change based on operational needs.
