Arrae Health is seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join their growing team.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Three years medical experience in hospital or clinic type setting
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing the highest level of patient care
- BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A ++
Requirements
- Screens patients for appropriate information and enters it into the EMR system (i.e. vitals, medications, diagnosis and medical history)
- Preforms vital signs/ completes health concerns
- Preforms EKGs as ordered by provider
- Preparing and administering of medications either IM or PO
- Assisting providers with medical procedures
- Stocking and cleaning of rooms
- Checking in patents; collecting copays/deductibles and coinsurance
- Other duties as given by office manager or director.
