Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Licenses/ Certifications: Current BLS certification, Current Certified Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
• Experience: Ability to work with a culturally diverse population, bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred
• Knowledge: Basic computer skills, knowledge of clinical equipment

Physical Requirements

• Auditory Function: Detect and respond to various sounds, including patient alarms and verbal communication
• Visual Acuity: Read documentation and monitors, distinguish colors for clinical purposes
• Tactile Perception: Assess physical characteristics such as temperature, size, shape, or texture during patient care
• Motor Coordination: Reach, grasp, handle, and perform fine motor tasks
• Physical Demands: Lift to 50 pounds independently, push, pull, carry, or reposition objects or patients weighing up to 25 pounds
• Working Conditions: Indoor healthcare environment, fast-paced and unpredictable, exposure to infectious and contagious diseases, hazardous materials, and medical equipment

Benefits & Pay

Employer paid benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision.

Compensation: Min $21.79 Max $36.48, $8,000 sign-on bonus w/3-year retention.

Schedule

Variable Hours: Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as patient care needs and clinic operations dictate.
