About the role
Johnson College is seeking part-time Medical Assistant instructors.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned non-credit classes in areas of expertise
- Develop, organize, and present course materials
- Teach all scheduled classes for the time allotted
- Complete and submit timely grade reports
- Monitor student attendance
- Assist students as appropriate
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of full-time industry expertise and/or work experience in Medical Assistant roles
- Appropriate education/training credentials pertinent to the course subject matter area
- Teaching experience with adult students is preferred
