Medical Assistant II
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks.
Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management.
Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services.
Conveys a positive image of organization.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional Certification: Medical Assistant Certification.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Work Experience: Minimum one year work experience in public contact job. Work experience in health care preferred.
- Additional Training: Current Phlebotomy certification or Competency required.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $27.00.
