Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and prepare them for their visits.
• Answer care-related questions thoughtfully.
• Support hands-on patient care during procedures.
• Capture detailed visit notes and fulfill prescription orders.
• Ensure appointments are smooth and complete.
• Stay on top of clinic supplies and maintain equipment.
• Understand the clinic's workflow and find ways to work more efficiently.
• Be a reliable teammate by helping out, organizing, and fostering a positive environment.

Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Extensive experience may be considered if a formal program is not required.
• Authorization to work in the US without restriction.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship for work visas.
