How Will You Make An Impact

• Greet patients and ensure accurate demographic information is entered into Athena.
• Verify eligibility/benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Ensure completion of all necessary forms and explain the process to each patient.
• Collect co-pays and schedule appointments.
• Answer the telephone professionally and task message to the physicians and other team members.

Compensation
