Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and prepare them for their visits.
• Answer care-related questions thoughtfully.
• Support providers during procedures, capture detailed notes, fulfill prescription orders, and assist with other tasks to ensure appointments are smooth and complete.
• Manage clinic operations by staying on top of supplies, maintaining equipment, understanding exam room flow, and finding innovative ways to work more efficiently.
• Be a reliable teammate by offering assistance, keeping things organized, and fostering a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Extensive experience may be considered if a formal program is not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
• Eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
