Join the exciting team at Carolina Nephrology as a Full-Time Medical Assistant, where your medical office experience will shine! This role requires attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid grasp of medical terminology and grammar skills.
Your days will involve reviewing and entering patient information into our EHR system, sharing valuable educational insights, and providing essential support to our medical providers. You'll also be providing wound care and drawing labs and administering injections—so you'll definitely want to roll up those sleeves!

Responsibilities
- Review and enter patient information into the EHR system
- Provide patient education
- Support medical providers in clinical tasks
- Perform wound care
- Draw labs and administer injections
Requirements
- 1 year of experience with EMR systems
- 1 year of experience taking vital signs
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Preferred: 1 year of experience with Epic
- Preferred: Vascular medical assisting experience
- Wound care experience highly desired
