Medical Assistant - FHC
What We're Looking For:
Team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and initiative
1–2 years of experience in a clinic setting preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred; Medical Assistant program completion ideal.
Current Medical Assistant Certification required.

What You Will Do:
- Assist the physician in coordinating age-appropriate care for patients, under the supervision of the physician, clinic RN, or clinic manager.
- Perform basic patient assessments including vital signs, height, weight, and history gathering.
- Identify and communicate urgent concerns to the physician promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments with 100% accuracy, following physician orders and clinic policy.
- Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Respond to patient-related phone calls, assess needs, document actions, and communicate with physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical charge entries.
- Support data management processes and other clinic operations as needed.
