About the role

You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Clinic. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, and On-call pay.

Responsibilities

  • Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire.
  • Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire.
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
  • At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting.
  • Preferred Computer experience.
  • RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire.
  • Bi-Annual CPR certification.
  • Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire.

  • Required Bi-Annual CPR certification.
  • Required Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained.
  • Required Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire.

Pay

Summer hours: Monday through Thursday 8-5p, Friday 8-330p. Winter hours: Monday 8-5p, Tuesday 9a-6p, Wednesday 8-5p, Thursday 8a-6p, Friday 8-330p

Schedule
