Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for audiology visits by obtaining relevant information, assisting with rooming, and supporting audiologists during clinical procedures.
• Perform delegated clinical tasks such as vital signs, point of care testing, and documentation within scope and according to department protocols.
• Maintain audiology exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adequate supply levels to support daily operations.
• Support scheduling, coordination of referrals, and communication with patients, providers, and clinic teams to promote efficient workflow.
• Document clinical information accurately in the electronic health record and support compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Assist with operational needs such as stocking supplies, supporting satellite clinics when required.
