Medical Assistant (eClinical Works)

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant will support providers with both clinical and administrative duties. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vital signs, and document patient information
• Aid providers during examinations and procedures
• Update and maintain patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Handle patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Manage phone calls, prescription refills, and patient inquiries
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared
• Must have experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Previous Medical Assistant experience (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Qualifications
