About the role
Clover Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join the Clover Care Visit (CCV) team. The CCV team works alongside Providers to deliver high-quality, hands-on care with a focus on early intervention and transitional care to set the foundation for long-term health.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
- Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
- Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
- Close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
- Collapse through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
- Collaborate with the Provider to coordinate visits and strengthen patient engagement.
- Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.
Requirements
- Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
- Have at least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
- Have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Have basic computer proficiency; and be comfortable with documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Able to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred but not required).

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the base hourly rate for this role is (per hour): $22.21—$24.42 USD.
Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, field-based role. You must reside in or near Colquitt County, GA, as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.
